Description
The project aims to contribute to addressing the challenges for civic education in the 21st century, by conceptualizing a shared vision of civic education, identifying transformative experiences to showcase such vision, and disseminating project results to influence social leaders and other stakeholders engaged in the topic.
The outputs are: A collaborative network of partners involved in citizenship education is established in six countries: Spain, Czech Republic, Montenegro, Portugal, Slovakia, and the United Kingdom; a project website published and updated; submit a proposal for an EU- funded project; create a decalogue on civic education for the future of Europe; produce guidelines for best practices, including case studies; edit and publish on-line the decalogue, guidelines and showcases; organize a final workshop to share and disseminate results.
