Project Details
Description
This research project aims to develop a combined osteochondral scaffold by integrating GreenBone's bone scaffold with Stemmatters' hydrogel technology. This innovative solution is designed to enhance bone and cartilage regeneration, addressing both traumatic injuries and degenerative conditions such as osteoarthritis and osteoarthrosis. CBQF-UCP will focus on creating a reliable procedure for combining these two distinct products. This involves optimizing the physical and chemical conditions necessary for the seamless integration
of the bone scaffold and the hydrogel. UCP will also perform rigorous mechanical testing to evaluate the stability and durability of the combined scaffold, ensuring it can withstand physiological loads and maintain structural integrity.
