Project Details
Description
It was a Erasmus+ project started in 2008 and ended in 2020.
The IVEA project is based on a pioneering experience in Europe for the development of innovative practices of inclusion through employment and training of employers for the insertion of people with autism in the labor market. Training and follow-up will be ensured during the project's duration, not only for candidates with autism, but also for employers who respond positively to the challenge of collaborating on this large European economic and social project. In the end, based on the lessons learned, a guide of good practices will be developed for the professional inclusion of people with autism in the European context.
