OpenInter project aims to investigate the characteristics, advantages, and disadvantages of adopting open innovation and their effects on internationalization. In particular, the project aims to delve deeper into the application of open innovation practice and how it contributes to new product and service development and internationalization. The findings of this project are expected to contribute to managers of Croatian enterprises in fostering innovation, and co-creation with customers, suppliers, competitors, and higher education institutions, which will enable growth and survival in light of fierce global competition.
