Description
This project aims to organise and describe the Historical Archive of the Portuguese Province of the Franciscan Order (PPOF), defining the conditions for repackaging the documentation in accordance with best conservation practices. The archive will be classified and described, including administrative and custodial histories, in accordance with national (ODA) and international (ISAD and ISSAR) guidelines. The aim is to define a policy for incorporating documentation that is still scattered and to include the results described in the Platform for Personal Archives and Archives of Religious Institutions (PAPIR).
