Abstract
This paper focuses on the manufacture of plywood, since it is the preeminent support usedby Abel Salazar for his oil paintings. The characteristics of these supports, dated to the first half of the 20th century, are defined from direct observation and from the bibliography consulted, and the most significant pathologies are also identified.
