Abstract
With this study we pretended to know the satisfaction of families with social support and identify the perceived support by families and friends. In this work we present the initial results of an large study of families who have children with oncology disease. This is an exploratory, descriptive study with quantitative approach. The results show that these families are not satisfied with their social support, expressed by few social activities and social isolation.
