Abstract

This volume brings together the articles that were selected for presentations in the 1st edition of the "Atlantic Dialogues on Technology and Regulation" (Lisbon, 3 and 4 April 2025), structured in four fundamental themes: Artificial Intelligence, Data Protection, Cybersecurity and Regulation of Digital Platforms. The initiative, which is held annually, is the result of a partnership between the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal and the Law School of the Getulio Vargas Foundation, Rio de Janeiro.
