The pharmaceutical composition of the disclosure may be used to treat inflammation in a subject, particularly in the subject´s skin. The cosmetic compositions of the disclosure can be used to engender a series of beneficial results for the end user, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles or increasing the firmness and elasticity of the skin.
