Abstract
This paper makes a theoretical and practical exploration of artistic and performative communication andthe role of public space as stage for it. Specifically, the theory parts with a tour through the role of artfor the individual to, afterward, present the design, implementation and development of a performativetype of proposal made by the simultaneous interaction of multiple channels and interactive multi-mediaartist comunication with a public flow variant. This isthe study of Idas y venidas en Renfe, performance thataimed to bring users to train the sense of artistic participation through an action that took place between08:00 and 12:00 hours on November 11, 2010 between the stations of ‘Atocha Renfe’ and ’Sol’, organized by the association of advertisers IAA Spain, Renfe, and the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. On theother hand, it shows that these ways of representingand communicating in public spaces makes contextsbased in collective creative processes as tools of directartistic creation and of an important vital experience.
