Abstract

The issue of adopting digital technologies in school and the changes they estimulate, is an issue with several dimensions that can be analysed both at a macro level and at the level of what is happening and can be done in each school in concrete. In this paper we focus on the study of one of these dimensions - teachers and early childhood educators - more properly on what these educational agents think as main executors of the curriculum. The methodological procedure was the content analysis of the answers to three open questions in order to know their representations of what is or could be a "digital school". The results suggest, in short, that teachers envision a school that uses digital tools to enrich (and personalise) learning, for what they especially need to acquire technical-didactical-pedagogical skills needed to integrate technologies in the teaching and learning process.
