Abstract
The Orthodox Christian experience of Mary if of an over "owing abundance. Although it is, in part, analogous to that of the Catholic Christianity, its specicity may bring to this one a range of elements that can enrich it. Putting together, in a coherent expositive itinerary (all of it deriving from the centrality of the axial consideration of Mary as Theotokos) a set of these factors was brought to this brief essay, also thought to celebrate a year full of Marian resonances.
