Abstract
This paper presents modalities of legal cooperation in EU, from its unique characteristics as well as the perception of a growing federalism in the European judicial space. It questions the administrative, civil, criminal cooperation through the study of each EU norm. It analyses the existence of a system of free movement of judicial decisions. Also, compares some aspects of legal cooperation in Mercosul, as Las Leñas protocol and ‘Consulting Opinions’. It brings up the Project of a Model Code of legal cooperation for Iberoamerica and the reformation of the internal rules of Supremo Tribunal Federal to open up to the Tribunal Permanente de Revisão.
