Abstract
This is a study that analyzes the conditions of moral development in school-aged adolescents, based on their conceptions of what justice is and how it is administered in the family and at school from different social positions in the peer group identified with the school success and failure and gender. To this end, the contributions of the contexts of adolescent development were characterized, in this case, the family and school. Pre-survey interviews and surveys, as well as post-survey interviews, were used to collect data regarding how the sample of adolescents interpreted and conceptualized everyday experiences that called for the administration of principles of justice.
