Abstract
The history and the evolution of the palliative care at national and international level help to demonstrate the steps of the development of this scientific area of the care, as well as to reveal sets of documents for its importance contributed to this development. This paper aims to make known this evolution a to make a synthesis of the primordial documents in the field of the palliative care, at national and international level.
