Abstract
In the current socio-cultural context we find significant changes in the paradigms of education and training. We consider that the training offered by most institutions of learning does not allow the preparation of young people in different aspects of your life, both personal point of view and social, as the vocational point of view. In recent years, there has been an increasing research on the topic of positive youth development, with a view to their full potential. Consequently, personal development training has been developed, in which young people are seen as having potential that can be developed and enhanced. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of training for personal development “Zoom Talent” for the positive development of young people, checking their impact at the level of personal fulfillment, proactive attitude, self- esteem, interpersonal relationships and motivation, as well as the impact on teachers, both at the personal and professional level. The training was carried out with young people from 10th grade, in five different schools (N = 91). The results showed an increase in the indices of personal fulfillment, proactive attitude, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships and motivation.
