Abstract
This study aims to show the influence of the application of a set of practices and interdisciplinary educational active in the process of developing professional students of the degree course in Management (n = 478) of the Universidade Estadual Vale do Acaraú (UVA), in Ceará - Brazil. Assuming that the inclusion of practical teaching interdisciplinary allow the introduction and strengthening of different dimensions (knowledge, skills, abilities and attitudes) professional management / administration, has espoused a research paradigm that took two courses (quantitative and qualitative) that mixed methods integrate the collection and analysis of data. For the processing and analysis of data collected statistical procedures were privileged nature of descriptive and inferential through the use of statistical software Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The crossing of different data result indicators that reinforce the need to rethink the training curriculum and procedures didactic to contribute to an expansion of learning in the context of the classroom and consequently the development of different size / skills needed for training profile professional administrator / manager contemporary.
