Abstract

The processes of change are considered to be complex and, in education, there are clearly factors of resistance that came from the human factor. This study based on the methodology of investigation-action aims to develop and analyze a process of change and innovation through a mechanism of trust in technology and in new pedagogical processes, in all the Campus of a University. The model of development is based on several cycles of progress and in community of dynamic practice, consisting of early adopters of technologies. With this model it is possible to support editions of masters in b-learning and generalize the adoption of technology in education progressively in all the campus. The development stage achieved and the organizational learning acquired allows to speed up the process to other formative and educative missions.
