Abstract
The text intends to explore the definitions and scope enshrined in the arts. 1 to 3 of the ILO Convention Nr. 190, on violence and harassment, trying to address some of the difficulties of agreement that led to the final wording of the text, and highlighting its innovative aspects and challenges.
