Abstract

The potential of the Internet as a communication channel for everyone, which allows balance between productions and consumption of information, has provided individuals and institutions to build a digital identity. This article presents the reflection and evaluation study conducted to websites of Portuguese Institutions of Public Higher Education, addressing the analysis on four main dimensions: accessibility, presentation, information and navigability. In the end we present the conclusions and implications draw from this study.
