Abstract

Vitruvia is an online corpus of digitalized autobiographical texts which seeks to recover the memory of female writers and artists exiled as a result of National Socialism. It serves as a research network. Settled at the University of Santiago de Compostela, the project follows the line of Gender Studies and counts on the work of specialists from different European universities with a long history of close cooperation in the field of contemporary German language literature written by women. In what concerns Professor Martina Emonts, by the end of 2022 she had produced entries about the following female authors: Irmgard Keun, Gina Kaus, Joe Lederer, Vicky Baum, Annette Kolb, Mechtilde Lichnowsky, Gabriele Tergit, Regina Ullmann, Martina Wied
