Abstract

The teaching activity is characterized by na individual dimension, more technical, and another colegial dimension, more functional. The study, of an exploratory nature, aims to understand the scope of teaching work beyond the classroom and the diversity of interactions among teachers within the same subject group. Based on documentar analysis and a questionnaire survey, the study identifies individual work oriented mainly to teaching, colegial work focused mainly on organization and control, justified professional performance in terms of compliance and teaching interactions registered in distinct levels of teamwork.
