Abstract
The article intends to describe the cultural situation resulting from theprocess known as the “death of God”, in its theological version as negativetheology, in its secularist version as atheism, and in the reaction provokedby these confi gurations as “return of the gods”. In this last dimension, the contemporary post-secular situation can be interpreted as the proliferation ofdiversifi ed spiritual experiences or as utopian proposals, from which standout the utopias of cyberculture. Faced with these challenges, it is proposedto revisit the Christian concept of God, from its revelation in the Crucifi ed,which is intrinsically related to the vulnerability of the human.
