Abstract

Law of Armed Conflict Manuals, A Portuguese Perspective compiles the proceedings of the international conference "A LOAC Manual for Portugal" held in December 2023, organized by the Católica Porto School of Law and the Military University Institute. This book presents a unique collaboration between academics, military professionals, and international experts, addressing the key aspects of the Law of Armed Conflict (LOAC) from a Portuguese perspective.
