Abstract
The qualitative research carried out under the Post-Doctoral Project in Educational Sciences, currently underway at the Faculty of Education and Psychology (FEP), of the Portuguese Catholic University, Catholic Porto, entitled "Collaborate to Innovate in Vocational Education", in a wide range of schools with vocational education, intends to answer the problem question: What training strategies can promote the change of teacher practices in the classroom and guarantee the quality of vocational education training? It followed the Appreciative Inquiry (AI), a strategy based on the Cycle AI-5 D, consisting of five development phases: Define, Discovery, Dream, Design, Delivery (Destiny).
