Abstract

The present disclosure relates to new bacteria, namely , use of the selected bacteria in a composition, food product or foodstuff comprising the selected bacteria, fermented products and a method to obtain a novel fermented dairy product or dairy alternative product, in particular milk, with probiotic activity.The present disclosure also relates to a novel fermented dairy product or dairy alternative product, in particular dairy or coconut milk or yogurt-like oat product comprising the bacteria selected in the present disclosure that may be used to prevent infections, preferably as a prophylactic agent, namely to counteractListeria monocytogenes.
