Abstract

Modern commercial contracts are often agreements concluded between a company – be it a bank, insurer, or investment firm – and a con¬sumer – the banking customer, policyholder, or investor, who uses the prod-ucts and services of that company for personal or non-professional purposes. This study aims to provide a brief analysis of the main consumer law implica¬tions of banking contracts, financial contracts, and insurance contracts.
