Abstract
This essay presents a perspective on what we think will be the focus of the new Strategic Concept of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, to be signed at the Summit in Lisbon, in November 2010. We reflect about subjects such as new treaths, open door policy, NATO transformation and reform, partnerships where we include the relations with Russia and European Union, Missile Defence and the Comprehensive Approach.
