Abstract
A Nurse is a professional, however, she is also a person characterised by her individuality and uniqueness. In a professional activity, in which the interpersonal relationship is an indispensable component for the quality of care and that involves feelings and emotions, the contact with suffering of children, their parents and relatives, is a source of suffering for the nurse.
