Abstract
The aim of this article is to go through the challenges of a creative and human motricity education, and how it became the structuring axis in three areas of the author academic activity – teaching, coordination and research. Considered in their interrelation, the concepts of education, creativity and human motricity have in common: the same dynamic nature; the same ecological sense, immanent- transcendent of the human development; the same need of coherence between different facets of life; the same purpose of transformation, going against the established and commitment to action
