Abstract
The present article is confined to the brief assessment of a leaflet dedicated to prostituted persons. This leaflet is based on the assumption that prostitution is work and aims to provide prostituted persons with information on occupational safety and working conditions. With appeal to the Constitution of the Portuguese Republic, we will try to demonstrate the incompatibility between the content of this leaflet and the Portuguese constitutional order.
