Abstract
Currently, psychosocial risks are recognized by governments and national, European and global fora, as one of the biggest challenges for occupational health and safety, as they are able for a serious deterioration of physical and mental health to workers resulting in significant consequences for organizations and society. The need for evaluation of psychosocial risks arises in the context of important social, political, economic and technological changes that have impact on the working characteristics and organizations of the XXI century.
