abstract = "The Risk Management Plan (D8.2) ensures the proper handling and prediction of risks, estimation of their impacts and the definition of mitigation. The success of the RADIANT project can be improved by identifying potential risk and challenging tasks early on and setting up a routine for Risk Management. This document provides practical guidance to the Coordinator and the Work Package Leaders in order to: ensure the proper handling and prediction of risks, estimate the impact of identified risks, define mitigation measures for the identified risks. The objective of this deliverable is to ensure that risks are identified at early stages of each task, in order to improve the success rate of the RADIANT project. The approach to predict and address such risks will rely on the: (1) Outstanding skills and know-how of the consortium; (2) Consistence of the proposed work packages and different approaches to be carried out; (3) Multidisciplinary team and expertise of the partners combined to achieve several objectives in their own field but committed to one main goal; (4) The ability of the Project Coordinator and support team to manage EU projects and multidisciplinary research. This document will be updated throughout the whole duration of the RADIANT project. ",
