Abstract
The anorexia-cachexia syndrome jointly with asthenia are the problems more present in palliative care, but simultaneously also with larger difficulty of control. Being not possible an absolute correction of the problem, it is important to help the patient and the family to live and to face this reality better, with the proposal of concrete actions, duly explained and discussed, of easy application and which without a doubt happen in the increment of the comfort and the quality of life.
