A living archive of a changing landscape

Throughout time, human beings have moulded aspects of the world, and consequently of the territory, in order to make it suit themselves. Só As Coisas Eternas Perduram is an archive of images and sounds that seeks out traces of this transformation and intervention by man in the landscape of Barcelos' parishes. A poetic elevation of the common, through the register, amplification and isolation of these marks, where images and sounds live as eternal encyclopedic proof (without time), in an experimental cinematographic compass of resilience and persistence between the natural and the artificial. A journey that speculates between the real and the surreal.
