Abstract
This book brings together critical essays by Daniel Ribas and Paulo Cunha on the films included in the Seleção Nacional programme between December 2022 and July 2024 at Batalha Centro de Cinema. The two researchers were invited by Batalha to curate the first edition of this ongoing programme, dedicated Portuguese cinema and the revisiting of its history.
