Abstract

This work advocates the thesis that the training of neuroeducators constitutes a response from social professionals, such as social educators, to early childhood. The contemporaneous challenges increasingly require career adaptability, which may put career commitment and professional ethics into question. The social professional profile is presented as a unifier of diverse initial training courses, all needed to respond to early childhood. A highly-specialized training of neuroeducators is proposed to foster care, education and intervention in early childhood, thus acknowledging the scientific knowledge from Neurosciences and off ering an opportunity to the current society.
