Abstract
The paper revisits and enriches the structuration model from the individual level of firms to the collective level of Industrial Districts. The comparison of two districts in the clothing industry brings a better understanding of the conditions and processes that favour structuration : variety of facilitating actors, role of informational spaces and differential structuration according to the firm's position in the district.
