The main goal of this study is to investigate and improve the use of social media in Auto Sueco, Ltd. The study aims to give the organization a strategy applied to social media, which will improve and increase relationships with users of these communication channels. The plan starts with an in-depth study on social media and its importance as a marketing tool. In a next phase, the company will be framed with the Grupo Nors and Volvo Trucks, and also performed an analysis outside the organizational environment. The last phase of work concerns the recommendations and plan seeks to provide the organizing tools that can improve is presence in social media channels. The methodology adopted in this work, since it was held in the wake of an internship and integrates the practical component with the theoretical part, which consisted in a thorough review of literature, corresponds to action research method.
