Abstract
Motivation is a multi-dimensioned concept, each day more appreciated in the organizations. There are multiple studies that empathizes the relationships, specially between communication and motivation.This essay pretends to investigate the importance of internal communication to the organizational motivation, through a case study performed in a company of watch commercialization.
The chosen methodology as revealed to be the most accurate to the study´s purposes and has also allowed a most suitable analysis of the real work context.
Were realized semi-guided interviews to the internal employees of the organization.
Due to the importance of this subject and considering the established objectives, it was necessary to analyze some issues linked to this theme, amongst the ones the most relevant is the way that a proper management reflects on the employees motivation and, thereafter, if the type of communication used tends to influence the teams motivation, as well to identify which form of communication is used by the management to motivate their teams and also if this internal communication has influence on the company’s success.
From the data analysis, it´s possible to notice some frailties regarding the organizations internal communication, as well as the appreciation given by the employees to a clear and objective communication, from the leadership crew.
It´s also very important to emphasize the perception between the potential connection of the efficiency of the communication and the company’s general results.
