This report is the outcoming of the training at the communication agency Química, in São Paulo, Brazil, between 24th July and 21st of November 2013. We collected crucial data in order to understand how the internal communication can improve the performance of a team and influence the relationship among employees, agency customers, and the leader. Mainly, we highlight the concepts of internal communication, internal marketing, and leadership - as they support the practical component. After our analysis, we conclude that internal communication has becoming an important and powerful factor on the employees performance, who are the mirror of any organization
