The reiterated practice at the global level of exploitation of child labor, such as (in)visible recruitment of children by drug trafficking for use in armed conflict and exploitation by illicit activities of drug trafficking, has represented one of the worst practices of using child labor in contemporary world. As a result entails exposing the child to the risk, in the face of denial of special protection that was afforded him by the United Nations. Nowadays the divulgation of the facts exhibited in real time, by the media, have shown to be a real soldier in readiness. The media, through its radiant power that exerts in the globalized world, in real-time, allows everyone know the data and inhuman practices against children. Today, this anomaly strikes and affects not only, by noting an increase, but also the impossibility of denying the systematic practice of the Law default. As an immediate result ends up reflecting in the legal world, demanding a discussion about. It is claimed thus a response able to avoid the perpetuation of violations of fundamental rights as yore. This anomaly, of global dimension has the paradigm described in the likelihood outlined in the Convention 182/73 and as a referential by the Brazilian children, now (in)visible living under the yoke of the armed groups of the Rio de Janeiro drug trafficking.
