This academic report was developed under the discipline "Supervised Teaching Practice and Report" concerning the Masters of Education from the Portuguese Catholic University of Braga, College of Social Sciences. During the professional work, in the Albergaria a Velha’s College, in secondary education, have been developed and implemented educational activities which were inserted new concepts, analyzing new methodologies, pedagogical practices, new ways of thinking and acting, and therefore new challenges have emerged and new contours formed by the concept of "teacher in the century. XXI. " These reflective documents, intended to illustrate the steps taken in developing this educational route taking into account the current requirements, but always in an ambitious way, untie up of chains of traditional teaching and focused on the future development of new methodologies that promote real learning environments. And according to this, classes were scheduled and performed tasks innovative, creative, according to several pedagogical methods and procedures, advocated by several researchers in the field, that with a litle of personal beliefs, formed Multimedia classes during the present school year , 2012/2013. In order to understand what it is to be a teacher these days, and based on the experiences of this stage, we performed a study Research – using the creativity in the teaching practices, in order to understand how it is these practices motivate students and consequently promote their learning. And so emerged new questions, new conjunctures, new molds, which are described in this document in order to be able to reflect on them.
