Abstract
The present study is a case study carried out to the Recruitment and Selection consultant Michal Page - which proposes to understand if, in fact, the Culture and Values of an organization reinforce the commitment level of its employees.An organization is the dominate social unit in the complex societies defined and
represented by its organizational behavior and culture. The origin of the organizational success is gaining importance and several researches are trying to respond to the demands of the professional world. Empirical studies emphasize the correlation between the performance and specifics factors as the identity and culture.
Since every organization has its own culture, is important to understand how this can influence the employee behavior and the commitment level within the organization.
As expected, the results allowed to verify that the organizational cultural values are recognized by the collaborators of the company being studied and the company's employees recognize that the cultural values transmitted increase commitment between the employees and the company.
