The report argues that now presents itself in diverse research insert below - the concepts that were the tools of reading reality assumptions and interpretation of that experience - and perceived and seized over the years, in the context of the educational community - application of theoretical concepts to the interpretation of reality - particularly Rocha Peixoto Secondary School, here, a mirror and a logic of school-community relationship. Mobilized and relational teaching practice, through reflection on action, we realize the importance of marketing education and a positive attitude undertake dissemination and brand of the educational project that animates our school. Globalization, economic globalization and the information technology and communication, as well as the production of its effects on the community including the expeditious change resulting, highlighted economic systems at the expense of ideological representations. If, initially, forced the assumption of the interventionist role of the state is the fact that they then released it gradually under the effects of global competitiveness. The ethics supported an awareness axiological rules that are suiting, to that change, adapted to up and, although with more knowledge, the Human weakened up, the solidarity being tilted in favor of selfishness, individualism, instead of having to be. The "I" postponed "the whole" witnessed to greater relational complexity, where families and school - their agents - are, in their actions, their reflection. And although the school is, also, par excellence, the space for social transformation not everything. A clear awareness of the obstacles encountered not delegitimize the project because the End - an education for all - is a condition of social progress, promise that dates back to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights Reflection focuses essentially on whom we are, what our route and the path to dignify that dare attend school. Of course, what we are is the result of a process of growth and learning in the environment and interpersonal relations, informal and formal groups, are responsible for the continuation of the mission we took many years ago. The choice of Experimental Sciences translated, actually, "who I was", so the curiosity, persistence, research and intentionality of contribution to the evolution / change, were the genesis of the motivation behind the action of innovative functions performed whose claim, now enriched through continuous learning, it was necessary to carry out. In career was noticed that in the classes I teach are assigned, what gratifies me most is enriched and the possibility of awakening the taste for discovery and research. I believe that skills are developed and, in this perspective, the privilege debate, participation and development of a knowledge based on an array of meaningful learning and positive attitudes and active. In terms of teaching, I have been teaching mostly middle school classes (Physics and Chemistry - 10, 11th year; Physics - 12th grade, Area Project - 12th grade). But for three years now and, by choice, I resumed also basic education. In the field of school management, for over 20 years who assume leadership positions (intermediate or direction - member of the Board of Directors, advises the Executive Board and Deputy Director). Demanding challenges, but even so, interspersed with other tasks - Project Area Coordinator, Coordinator of disciplinary mini groups, Officer Class, Coordinator of the Secretariat of Examinations, Coordinator of "Birds Program,"4 Project Coordinator "Intermediate Tests"5, Coordinator Evidence for Common / Proof monitoring6. Engage and develop the School / Community is a problem situation that calls any school community greatly. And the desire to better promote this relationship, the school, since the school year 2006/2007, introduced on May 18 as the "Day of School." An initiative that aims to share with the community the school's life, in an attitude of gratitude and the valorization of the students and, of course, with your educational project. Accordingly, a committee was established to organize, to which I belong, and whose mission is to mirror and intensify, suiting, binding School / Community through the publication of the magazine "A Rocha." The cultural discontinuity between home and school was considered as a factor in school failure (Heath, 1982; Ogbu, 1978; Seeley, 1985). For Teixeira (1995, p. 5), "among the organizations that shape our society, the organization of the school is more relevant because, somehow, will have influence over all others." According to this author, "all are, to some extent, the result of school organization that, at least in part, modeled their thinking" (ibid.). The school is therefore a framework of action for all of them (ibid., p. 146). Apart from students, teachers, non-teaching staff, we have parents and guardians, as well as representatives of local authorities and the local community. ' The educational community is the entire teaching and non-teaching staff of a School or Educational Centre and their students and parents and respective associations. (...) They are still part of the educational community, representatives of organizations and associations that develop social, economic, cultural and scientific and are interested in the educational process (Formosinho, Fernandes and Lima, 1988, p. 176). The sharing and participation of all for the full and harmonious development of personality of students are crucial, allowing better planning of learning and greater suitability to the expectations and aspirations of their families. It will conclude, then, that reflection on action enables us beyond the explanation of action, understanding the magnitude of the consequences of the procedures implemented in the short and long term, and also as beings of that project while teachers are, the consequent planning of future we want. With this research will assume, too, that although the reflection of the mirror School Rocha Peixoto is positive and coherent objectives expressed also in the educational project is definitely not achieved (an illusion!), Implying rather the continuous reformulation / suitability to the concerns and developments in the community, which presupposes a process of educational marketing which therefore requires innovative.
