The teaching-learning of music is a determining factor in the child's development, to which the teacher has the challenging task of providing a quality education that allows a constructive evolution of the students. The importance of promoting effective musical didactic materials is emphasized, however, and there is a lack of such tools, specifically in Kindergardens of Curvos and Guilheta - Esposende. In this sense, we use a manual of 12 games and activities carried out by the teacher of Musical Expression, whose primary objective is to help the progress of children in the pre-school context of these schools. Additionally, it is intended to sensitize educational agents and the correct use of this type of materials. To this end, the Research-Action (R-A) plan was drawn up and a teacher observation grid was developed, according to the planning criteria of the School of Music of Esposende for this teaching. Subsequently, three educators were asked, through a questionnaire, with the purpose of confronting their opinions and validating the teacher's data. The results of this study demonstrated that the proposed games were effective in the development of the students' main competences, both in the musical domain and in the other developmental areas of the child, from the perspectives of the educators and the teacher, being able to constitute a set of materials suitable for teaching-learning of Music Expression. The results of this work are in accordance with other studies by several authors such as Ilari (2003), Souza (1997), Oliveira (2005), Alarcão (2001), Gardner (1998) and Ortiz (2005).
