: um modo de propor a fé em tempos de individualização

Abstract

The Christian faith is a precious gift. A free gift revealed by God, passed on by the Church and entrusted to every Christian. However, faith is a gift carried in earthen vessels. In today's world, the challenges to the Christian faith are immense. For this reason, the first step of this work is to present the foundations of the Christian faith, on an anthropological and religious level, followed by a presentation of the biblical heritage and the tradition of the Church throughout history. The second step is to expose three «cultures» that inhabit our contemporary world: modern culture, post-modern culture and the culture of authenticity. Now, realizing the great emphasis on the personal dimension in our contemporary world, the third step exposes a healthy path for understanding and living the personal and ecclesial dimension of the act of Christian faith. Finally, the sensus fidei is presented as a relevant resource for living the faith in the contemporary world.
