Institutional assessment is nowadays an indispensable management tool needed to measure the efforts of school organization, its quality, usefulness and relevance, in the path of excellence To this purpose, it should be a democratic process, comprehensive, participatory and continuous. Therefore, there are increasing schools understanding this importance triggering processes of self-evaluation or hiring external evaluations. Our research at the School of Mission of Cabinda has shown that these devices do not currently have internal or external institutional evaluation, but there are some conditions that will follow this path to effective improvement of the quality of its education system.
