A importância da comunicação interna nas pequenas e médias empresas como potenciadora de aceitação de mudança organizacional por parte dos seus consumidores

Abstract

Organizations follow constant change and development over time and to be ableto follow the natural evolution of everything that surrounds them, they need to prepare their entire structure. There are many variables on which associations must focus when these changes must be prepared in advance for these events.It is necessary that organizations understand that internal communication is essential for their functioning and in order to help prepare for the various change processes that organizations have to face. The success of this process is linked to many of the variables of internal communication as it is easier, simpler and faster to reach the final objective when organizations have a well definedand cohesive internal communication structure. It is important to realize that when internal communication is present in the organization, employees identify much more with it, understand their changes better and participate in them feeling involved, so that there is not so much resistance. Thus, a mixed approach methodology was established, which was qualitative for the establishment of exploratory data by carrying out a discovery with the company's responsible. And, in terms of determining primary data, a quantitative methodology was followed in the application of a questionnaire to employees of the organization understudy. Among the results obtained, it was found that internal communication was considered in the organization under study as a determinant by its employees for change and its acceptance in the company.
