This work is the result of the end of my academic path in Master´s Degree in Music Teaching, in the Catholic University School of Arts (Porto). It is also the beginning of the path as Teacher of Music Education ranging from beginners to advanced levels, and Child´s Choir Teacher/Conductor in Academia de Música de Vilar do Paraíso. This point of arrival and at the same time of departure, led me to study and analyze questions concerning leadership in the scope of the subject Music Education, more specifically the role as serving leader, which is shared between school and family. In the first part of this work, the report of my Professional Practice, I portray all the activities developed during the internship/practice. In its second part and as a complement, the Pedagogical Intervention Project, in which the theoretical motivations and practical results of the teaching action are described, is also displayed. The core of the work and the context in which it was developed aim towards the value of the process rather than the results.
